It was all because of My dad and Mom that I have 4 Brothers and 3 sisters! We had a great childhood. Of course we had our problems, but for the most part we were a close family, who loved each other and served one another. My Mom and Dad have set such a good example for us by serving each other, and us. I cannot count how many selfless acts of kindness they have done for me and my family. they are always there to lend a helping hand, a listening ear or a word of wisdom. The thing that I am the most thankful for is that my Dad and Mom Taught me about God and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Some of the family got together in a local park and had a good visit. My brother and his family that are moving to Seattle were in town, so we thought it would be a great time to sit and visit. We sang songs, each family did a skit and Grandpa(dad) and Grandma(mom) told stories about when they were younger/ or when we were younger. It was a great night and we were sad to say our goodbyes, but the mosquito's hurried that along! so here is to a Great Dad and Mom and the wonderful posterity you have......ME! (just kiddin) ok from 8 kids we have 38 grand kids, 2 grand kids are married, and the newest addition 1 great- grand baby, not bad!
