In October we had the wonderful opportunity to see my brother and his wife and family. They spent a few days here. One day I took the youngest 4 to the mountains to get leaves, it was beautiful. the kids really enjoyed it too.
It had snowed the night before and tipped the tops of the mountain white. We were driving on clear roads for the first 10 miles then we hit snow. It was fun for the kids to play in it until they got too cold, which was about 2 minutes! October 3 and 4th was the
LDS General conference, where we are blessed to receive modern day revelation from our living Prophet, Thomas S.
Monsen. The theme that was echoed over and over was listening to personal revelation. The lord knows what we need, and is wanting us to come unto him. If we listen to the still small voice we will know his will for us and our family. to view the talks go to
